  • Dinner: Tuna with Jalepeno, Onion, Hard Boiled Egg, Olive Oil Mayo
  • Overall Water Consumption: Approximately 140 oz.

Workout: 15 Mile Bike Ride

Here are the details from Friday, September 8 (Day 4 of the 24-Day Challenge)…

Sleep: 5 Hours (Not Enough)

Fuel (Food/Drink)

  • AM Snack: Hard Boiled Egg, Peach
  • Lunch: Sea Bass and Spinach, 1/4 Cup Brown Rice (VIOLATION)
  • PM Snack: Grapes, Catalyst, OmegaPlex
  • Dinner: Salad with Egg, Peppers, Onion, Tomatos with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Overall Water Consumption: Approximately 160 oz.

Workout: Core/Stretch, 2 Softball Games
