  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Pico and Jalepenos
  • Overall Water Consumption: Approximately 150 oz.

Workout: Softball Tournament (5 Games)

Sleep: 4 Hours (Not Enough)

  • AM Snack: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 2 Peaches

  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Steamed Mixed Vegitables
