Ingredients for Homemade Guacamole

  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Medium Jalapeño (Remove Seeds and Dice it up)
  • 1 Roma Tomato (Diced)
  • ¼ Cup Purple Onions (Diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice (Adds some flavor, but also preserves good color)
  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparing the Homemade Guacamole

  • Cut avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the avocado out of the skin into a mixing bowl
  • Add the veggies
  • Add the lemon and lime juice
  • Add garlic, salt and pepper
  • Mix/mash until the avocado has a slightly chunky texture – don’t overdo it though, it’s not baby food!
